The previous owners were moving and I grabbed this piece before it went out to pasture! I cleaned it up, made some repairs and got to work! I do like to bring the outside in! The birch tree in the front of the house was this inspiration for this piece. I also love temp paper as it is not permanent and can be changed whenever you want. Several coats of Annie Sloan Pure White and Antique White were used along with clear wax.
